Coaching is for anyone, whatever level, who wants to get better. The main benefit is that it is tailored to you. Your plan takes into account your current ability, your ambition, your time available and how invested you want to be. There are no right or wrong answers to any of these and it is the complete mix of athletes I coach that I find so exciting.
You can choose between a training plan or coaching. With a training plan or coaching, you will receive session plans and race notes, more information on the difference is below.
The aim of my sessions are to develop your technique, understanding and fitness. As each of these aspects increases so your performance will.

With a training plan or coaching, for your practice races and your main race you will receive race notes.
Delivering your best possible performance is a case of having a plan and executing that plan. Through your training we develop the elements of the plan so that you are happy you can 'tick off' each step on race day.
Purchase an iTRIwithTIM training plan to develop your abilities for a chosen event. Sprint Triathlon, Marathon, Swim Run, Cycle Sportive, Park Run, Ironman or a different endurance event.
Complete the four week baseline programme to allow me to tailor your training plan to your current fitness and time available. The training plan will have specific sessions to develop your weaknesses and allow you to perform at your best on race day.
Coaching covers your whole season as opposed to one event.
Develop a calendar for the year to help you achieve your goals.
